How do I return my product(s)?
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must have been bought directly from our Online Shop. You can return most online orders within 30 days from date of receipt (some items may be final sale or have a different return period). The individual item return period is communicated to you at the time of purchase. You may return part or all of your order. Be sure to read all the conditions for return before you begin.

Step 2: Print your prepaid UPS return label using the link provided on that page. Your return label will remain available online for you to print later, or if you need to re-print it. The entire page should be placed on the outside of your box, to include all Return Information.
Step 3: Securely package and drop off your return at a UPS store or UPS Access Point.

Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse, to the original method of payment. Depending on the time of year (holiday delays or closures) and your banking institution, it may take longer to receive your refund.
Returning without UPS If you prefer to use an alternate carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, using a traceable method. Before shipping the return, please call our Consumer Service team for full instructions and to obtain your unique RA#. Any product that is returned without an RA# will be destroyed and will not be refunded. Be sure to keep the tracking number in a safe place until your refund is confirmed.
